Learn at the center of where it all happens; our flagship campus is headquartered at a major live production facility, Los Angeles Center Studios. This downtown 20-acre full-service studio for TV, film and commercial production is used by a variety of Hollywood productions like 24, Mad Men, The Voice, Alias, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Planet of the Apes, Catch Me If You Can and Anchorman. Students will have access to professional, camera-ready sets including a café, authentic-looking jail cells, an icy morgue, sunny outdoor cityscapes, a classic courtroom and other ordinarily hard-to-find locations—even an outdoor gas station. While students studying Film & Digital Content, Acting and Commercial Dance will surely enjoy the level of access and production resources the studio has to offer, the space will also serve as the creative center to programs like art and graphic design, visual communication and digital media.
In the midst of this active production studio, Relativity Workshops’s fully-secured campus is designed to foster collaboration and interaction. Highlights of what's in the works include:
- Broadcast-ready Digital Production Studio
- Audio and Video Edit lab
- Camera-ready Dance Studio
- Staging areas with Green Screen backdrops
- Student Hub: including Computer Lab and Library
- Practice/Rehearsal/Changing Rooms
- Individually designed Hollywood-inspired classrooms and common areas
In addition to campus facilities that are exclusive to Relativity Workshops, students have access to additional facilities including the Beaudry Theatre, an outdoor park, the Skybridge creative lounge, Flix Café, a Farmer’s Market, a 40-seat Screening Room and more.
All studios, classrooms and labs are fully equipped with the latest modern equipment for teaching and student use.
